Please read carefully! Your use of this website and purchase is deemed acceptance of the following information and terms & conditions-
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
The use of this site is governed by the Terms and Conditions Agreement of Sale as set forth below. Your use of this site or purchase from Second Baise confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Second Baise reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. Second Baise is the service provider; it is also referred to as "us" and "we". Customer is the person or organization who purchases or seeks services from Second Baise ; it is also referred to as "you".
PAYMENT: Whenever you make a purchase on the Second Baise website, you can choose the third party payment processor that will collect your payment information and then process your payment. Second Baise is not responsible for the collection, use, sharing or security of your billing information by the third party payment processors. You hereby represent and warrant that you have both the legal right to use the payment method / methods in connection with any purchase, and that the information that you supply to us and to the third party payment processor(s) is correct, true and complete.
* RE PAYPAL - Customers must make sure the address you wish us to deliver to matches the address you have registered on PayPal BEFORE making payment, otherwise we will refund the amount and request you update your PayPal address. We do not post orders where the addresses do not match.
DISPATCH: If you pay by Direct Deposit it may take up to 3 days for payment to clear, and for your order to be eligible for dispatch whereas PayPal is instant. We aim to process and post your order as soon as possible. It is usually posted within 24 hours, but may take up to a week (rather than posting an incomplete order). If it will take longer than a week we will advise you. Please remember there may be many orders ahead of yours!
DELIVERY: Delivery of Second Baise products is made by a third party; the shipping is governed by that third party’s own Terms of Service and any other applicable policies.
Once the order is dispatched ownership transfers to the customer. Accurately enter and check your full postal details and phone number; returned undeliverable mail will attract a re-delivery fee. Express Post is via Australia Post and only within Australia. Even when out of the Express Post network your delivery will be faster than regular post. Australia Post uses sub-contractors to deliver parcels and we cannot direct them where to leave a parcel if you are out. If you work part / full time please consider having the order sent to you at your work address. While it may seem unlikely, letters and parcels do get stolen, and Second Baise accepts no responsibility for this or any liability to replace lost or stolen items although we will do our best to assist in tracing the missing item. We cannot guarantee the postie puts your package into the right letterbox or that your package isn’t stolen from your letterbox. If you are not prepared to take the risk, select the Registered post option at the checkout. It requires a signature and depending on your location in Australia this may take approx 3 -10 business days delivery.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE, REPAIR, CREDIT OR REFUND
Second Baise products come with the warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the with Australian Consumer Law. Please note that while we refund / exchange on faulty products we do not refund or exchange because of a change of mind.
Please note the following BEFORE your order:
* Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or returns on non-faulty items as it is impossible to tell if any of the product has been compromised. Please choose carefully! Please also read our TIPS page and product care info below to ensure you are using and storing products correctly and not inadvertently contributing to a problem.
* For any product return to be considered for exchange, repair, credit or refund, the customer must contact Second Baise by our Contact Page to clarify eligibility and process, receive instructions on how the items are to be returned and be given a reference code. This also permits clear communication. Do not send products back without contacting us first; return in itself does not guarantee entitlement, and we do not accept responsibility should the items become lost or damaged in transit. Second Baise will cover the return postage costs in the case of faults, but if no fault is found the cost of return is the customer's to pay.
* Items cannot be returned that have been purchased from other retailers or makeup artists selling Second Baise.
* Although the minerals are triple milled (not nano-sized) occasionally they may barely discernable when touched by the fingers. This is not a fault, nor does it impair the look or feel of the makeup; it is indicative of a natural product and that there are no nano-particles. We do not recommend using the fingers for application - brushes and sponges provide a quicker, superior finish and keep fingers clean.
* Please remember that there are subtle and unavoidable variations in colour, texture or scent that sometimes may occur between the batches with natural products. These are not a fault and do not impair the use or look of the product, and therefore a refund or exchange is not applicable because a customer may not care for a product's colour, texture or perceived performance on the individual. These are not faults.
* Second Baise’s organic and mineral ingredients are extremely unlikely to cause an adverse reaction. Without any known irritants, our cosmetics have virtually no risk. If you do experience an allergic reaction cease use. Your purchase is deemed acceptance that Second Baise is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient; please read the ingredient list on this web site before purchase or use. Do not buy if you are unprepared to take the risk of an adverse or disappointing reaction. We obviously cannot verify evidence of an adverse reaction with an online customer due to their inability to present in person and at the time to substantiate such a claim.
IN ADDITION
* After contacting us and receiving information regarding the return protocols, the product must be returned in its original and unused state within 7 days of you receiving the goods for an exchange or refund to be considered on a faulty item.
* A refund is for the product only. Shipping costs are not refundable as these are paid to a 3rd party whose service (the delivery) has been completed.
* After evaluation faulty goods will be replaced by Second Baise PLUS reimbursement for the customer's cost of returning the faulty item.
* This return for refund policy is not applicable for a change of mind, lack of expertise in using the product, subjective personal taste, wrong colour choice or texture preferences as foundation samples in all colours are available for purchase via the online store. We provide all weights / measurements of products so there is complete clarity about what to expect and thus no risk of disappointment.
* Our powder foundations are comprised only of minerals and as inorganic material do not go off. When creme foundations have been kept at least 1 month post delivery or have had at least 10% used, we cannot reasonably ascertain what various contributing factors may have adversely influenced the product causing possible deterioration. Stored correctly, our creme foundations have a shelf life of 12 months, and as we do small regular pours can be confident that all product shipped is fresh.
* Colour: While we have tried to display the colours as accurately as possible, all computers display colours slightly differently, and slightly differently from the actual item. If you're not prepared to take the risk of being disappointed by this variation, do not order or use testers available at our stockists. Similarly, all lip products will vary on individuals' lips because of the differences in people's natural lip colour and condition which influences the final colour and texture result, and we do not refund because you do not like how a product looks on you.
* Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Second Baise within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. Any use of an incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered, and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
* There will be no credit given on an order price difference, due to a price reduction on specials. Please select carefully when placing your order.
CANCELLING ORDERS
Cancellations attempted after payment and / or dispatch will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back. Second Baise also reserves the right to reject and cancel an order for any reason, in which case we will issue you a refund of the full purchase price paid.
RETURNING ITEMS BY POST
No item is to be posted back to Second Baise prior to phoning us first. (see above) Return in itself does not guarantee entitlement. If approved, you will also be given instructions regarding what else you will need to include and a reference code. This permits a swift process, clear communication and lessened risk of loss or damage to the returned item. We take great care to ensure all items posted by us are well protected, and expect any returned items’ packaging to be commensurate. Second Baise accepts no responsibility for items returned that may become lost in transit or damaged in transit due to the customer's inadequate packing.
PRODUCT APPLICATION / WARNINGS: We provide extensive application tips and full ingredient disclosure on this website. (This information is also provided to all our re-sellers ) It is the customers' responsibility to read this information, especially when known allergies exist. Please also read further details re reactions in the "General" section above.
Second Baise makes no therapeutic claims concerning our products which are are for the sole use of cosmetic application.
PRODUCT CARE: Common sense perhaps, but a little care avoids most problems. After 7 days we cannot reasonably ascertain if 'faulty' products are faulty or have in fact been spoiled by the customer's unintentional misuse. We suggest you keep your Creme Foundations out of direct sunlight and store in a cool place - temperatures 24 degrees and above will spoil the longevity and appearance of these products. Regardless of the brand or their ingredients, heat will adversely effect them. In extreme heat, store crème foundation in the fridge to prevent problems! Do not mix Second Baise makeup into other makeup products (eg: mixing together foundations into a single container) as this may cause separation and we do not take responsibility for this.
Do not put fingers into the creme compacts; a sponge is provided and it should be washed regularly. All products are checked and dispatched in mint condition and we do not accept back any products consequently effected by temperatures that we cannot control.
